The Risks of Technical Creativity Results Commercializing

The paper covers the procedures of decision making on choosing the method of science intensive enterprises’ intellectual property protection with the view of using and commercializing it. Relying on the importance of science intensive enterprise risks the authors did the research into specific risks based on current classifications. As a result the enlarged
scheme of decision making on choosing the protection method, taking into account the specific risks and conditions affecting commercial efficiency, has been suggested.
