The author focuses on problems of modern youth, considering some aspects of fully rounded moral person formation. The author states that culture and creative work should be taken as base for personal development. Meaning special role of higher education institute as social institution of mutual-relations culture formation in young generation’s intellectual development, the author did interpret teacher and students’ mutual creative work and did analyze essence and content of “co-authorship” notion.
