The authors have expounded the guidelines widening scientific and methodical ware of system organization integrator activity. The paper is devoted to methodical ware implementation for managing productive and intellectual work of enterprises of research and manufacturing complexes implementing innovative projects as part of sectorial development programs according to roadmaps. The authors did propose an approach to productive work stimulation based upon arrangement of special business conditions for increase in business activity of enterprises of research and manufacturing complexes and in integrated structures’ self-management in framework of major innovative projects implementation. Besides the authors have given the systematization of knowledge asset management problems and have proposed the directions of this activity streamlining.
