The specificity of engineering student’s learning and cognitive activity’s subject-oriented content construction
within the framework of tertiary education institution having technical university statute is unveiled,
its definition is formulated and its initial insights enumerated. In the meaning of this research the essential attributes of engineering student’s personality were exposed. An activity-practical module block of learning and cognitive activity’s subject-oriented content is proposed.
