Variations on a Theme of Coaching: Driving School of Management

This paper justifies how teacher’s and students’ experience of learning in the university driving school can be used for coaching in management courses. Author suggests to consider the reflection of such consolidating emotional experience (because of a large number of driving school graduates and students and by analogy with using literature and films for books- and cinema-coaching) as a productive alternative source of “reference points”. The reflection-coaching key principles of education material selection are depicted.
