Russian Education System Alternatives: Creative Individuality or “Biological Machine”?

Written by M. S. Kalney

The author analyzes Russian education development problems, depicting its negative trend leading to professionally restricted practices without theoretical training. In the author’s opinion, one of the reasons for this trend is perception of post-industrial society as divided to elite and executive workers. The author proves that as a result there could be repressive society dehumanizing the personality.

Keywords: education; society; personality; individuality; elite; thinking; creation.
