In this work, the expediency and relevance of considering the life of Jesus Christ, his ideas and activities as a subject of political science analysis, in terms and methodology of political sciences, on the premise of a scientific approach to the choice of research methods backed by reliable and authoritative sources, is justified. It is argued that the Holy Scripture contains answers to Экономические и социально-гуманитарные исследования № 2 (34) 2022 99 Ковалев А. А. many management questions that are relevant and effective after several millennia. It is shown that the foundations of the Christian doctrine of management can be considered as a value platform for management activities in all spheres of human life. The main imperative of Christian management is said to be the personal responsibility of the organization’s head for the result of its activities. It has been affirmed that, following the Christian doctrine, the leader (in a broad sense) should be an ethical guideline for his subordinates.
