The author considers the essence and content of the concepts of national and military security of Russia from the perspective of systemic and value-based approaches. The structural relationship of military and national security in relation to the security of the country is fixed by the method of differentiation of systems. The necessity of restoration of terminological certainty in the conceptual apparatus of the system of normative-legal regulation of national security relations is proved, and the concept of the system of ensuring military security is generalized.
