Abstract. The author continues the cycle of copyright works in which a new informational approach to man is proposed. This article substantiates the allocation of informational conditioning of human development and identifies three main levels of intrapersonal informational organization. The main attention is focused on explaining the features of the initial stage of intrapersonal informational self-organization. The research results form the theoretical foundations that minimize the number of errors in the practice of training and education. The results of the study allow us to identify one of the causes of aggressive behavior of a person who is at the initial stage of intrapersonal information self-organization. Identify the main directions of prevention of antisocial activity of modern youth and adolescents.
