The authors explore the relationship between the fundamental principles of the modern picture of the world in the context of post-non-classical science: development as a global evolutionism, self-organization and non-linearity of different levels of material processes, anthropic principle. The influence of the ideas of the philosophy of Russian cosmism on modern coevolutionary thinking, on the interpretation of the anthropic principle and the value of sustainable development is noted. The subject-object interaction is viewed through the prism of the principle of complexity, which makes it possible to determine the specifics of the actual tasks of cognition and the establishment of global values of culture. It has been emphasized that the features of the modern picture of the world, the responsibility of the “subject-observer” lead to the need to strengthen the role of culture, the role of the personal principle in social development ordering, planning, as well as rethinking humanism in the spirit of the ideas of “ethics of reverence for life”.
